What do I do if things go wrong?
If you are unable to meet your monthly repayments and are struggling to repay your outstanding balance there are several things you can do

• Firstly contact your credit card company immediately. The earlier you contact them the better. They may be able to arrange some means to help
• Other companies seek advice from an alternative credit card company which offers lower rates and fees
• Voluntary organisations There are several voluntary organisations which may be of assistance to you
